    A Personalised Teacher Diary where you get to pick the Region, Term Title Pages, Inspirational Quotes and choose some optional extras.

    The Teacher Diary is our classic diary that is split into Terms, with each Term Title Page / Quote laminated. The selected Weekly Plan provides the day-to-day layout for each Term, with the number of weeks per term controlled by the selected Region.
    The Yearly Diary is a diary that covers a full calendar year. It is not split into Terms, so there are no laminated pages apart from the front & back cover and Diary Start page. The selected Yearly Plan provides the day-to-day layout of the diary. If you choose a Monthly Calendar Art option a calendar will be included for each month as you progress through the diary (but will not be laminated).

    The Diary Size relates to the number of sections included in the diary. Please refer to the FAQ for details on the sections included in each size.

    Note: The Stickers Name is used on stickers you give to students. The Stickers Name usually includes your title (i.e. Mrs, Miss, Ms, Mr) and surname, e.g. Mr Smith or Mrs Jones.
    If you do not wish to receive Stickers, please leave the Stickers Name field empty.

    Note: The region 'NSW (Eastern division)' covers most areas in NSW, but generally excludes schools that are in far west and rural NSW. The Region 'NSW (Western division)' starts 1 week after 'NSW (Eastern division)'.

    Our personalised diaries are separated into two types:

    • Teacher Diaries
    • Yearly Diaries

    Teacher Diary

    A Teacher Diary is our standard diary. It is based around Terms, where each Term contains a Weekly Plan for each week in the term, as per the School Terms in the selected Region. Each Term Title Page / Quote Page is laminated. Teacher Diaries come in three sizes - Basic, Standard and Large - with each size containing a different set of sections.

    The Day-To-A-Page diaries are printed on 120gsm paper to keep the size and weight manageable, but also keeping the paper quality as high as possible.

    Yearly Diary

    A Yearly Diary is a new type of diary which is not based on Terms. A Yearly Diary runs from January 1 to December 31 for a given year. You get to choose the Yearly Plan which will is used as the main content for the whole diary. If you choose a Monthly Calendar option, each new month will also include a Monthly Calendar with the selected art. The selected Region will be used to add any comments for each day, which includes Public Holidays, the current Term or School Holiday.

    A Yearly Diary will include a page per day, plus the sections at the start of the diary. This makes for quite a big diary. To cater for this, the Yearly Diaries will be printed on premium quality 100gsm paper in an effort to keep the size and weight down. Extras will not be available.

    Weekly Plans / Yearly Plans

    There is great variety in the Weekly Plans we provide for the Teacher Diaries, mainly thanks to the fantastic contributions of our wonderful Teacher friends. Initially, for the Yearly Diary, the selection is much smaller. However, if you have a suggested layout, please let us know. We'd be happy to add it for you.

    The Teacher Name, Class Name, School Name and Year appear on all diaries. The Teacher Name and Year are mandatory. The Class Name and School Name are optional.

    The Term Title Page selection allows you to choose the art that appears on the Term Title page in the diary. The Quote selection allows you to choose the art that appears on the back of the Term Title Page. Along with the Front and Back Covers, the Term Title Page / Quote Page will be laminated, providing a strong and rigid finish.

    By selecting a Region the diary will include the dates for School Terms, School Holidays and Public Holidays on all included calendars and timetables. And to help distinguish between the different date type, each one is shaded a different colour so it's easy to determine what's what at a glance.

    If your Region isn't in the list, email us at support@eppsdesigns.com.au and we'll be happy to add your region to the list. We'll email you back once it's added.

    The Basic Diary includes the following sections:

    • Front and Back cover pages
    • Personal Information
    • A full year calendar
    • Four Timetables, one for each Term, shared 2-per-page
    • Each Term includes:
      • Term Title Page with inspirational quote
      • Month calendar for all months in the term
      • Term Weeks with Days
      • A double page Weekly Plan (12 weeks)
      • 2 Notes pages

    The Standard Diary includes everything in the Basic Diary, as well as:

    • Calendar for the previous and following year
    • Yearly Planner for the current year
    • A two-page layout for Birthdays

     The Large Diary includes everything in the Standard Diary, as well as:

    • Yearly Planner for the following year
    • Two 2-page Student Checklists
    • Added to each Term:
      • 2 Staff Meetings pages
      • 2 Management Meetings pages
    The Essentials Diary includes the following sections:
    • Front and Back cover pages
    • Personal Information
    • A full year calendar
    • Four Timetables, one for each Term, shared 2-per-page
    • Each Term includes:
      • Term Title Page with inspirational quote
      • Term Weeks with Days
      • A double page Weekly Plan (12 weeks)
      • 6 Notes pages
    The difference between the Essentials and the Simple Diary is:
    • it doesn't include the monthly calendars at the start of each Term
    • it includes 6 Notes pages at the end of each Term, instead of the usual 2 pages.

    Our Teacher Diaries are printed on premuim quality 160gsm A4 paper. Out Day-to-a-Page diaries are printed on 120gsm paper.

    The front and back cover pages, as well as the term title page/quote pages, are laminated in rigid protective plastic.

    The dimensions of the Large diary are (W x L x H):
    21.6cm x 30.5cm x 2.8cm (paper only)
    24.5cm x 30.5cm x 3.5cm (with spiral coil)

    The Monthly Calendar selection allows you to choose the art that appears on the calendar for each month. If no Month Calendar is selected, then no Monthly Calendar will be included in the diary. On the other side of the Monthly Calendar page will be a standard Notes page.

In the Region 'Australia' is selected, the only Public Holidays will appear in the diary.     All of our diaries are bound using a plastic spiral coil. It's very flexible so it won't crush, but very strong. The spiral coil allows the diary to be folded over on itself allowing you to view just the page you're after.

    Each diary comes with two sheets of stickers that can be used to mark events or dates in your diary. One sheet has common school events, like RFF or Excursion. The other sheet is blank so you can write your own event name. These stickers fit nicely into the Calendar, Timetable and Weekly Plan pages.
